MMT Sparkle Cleaners

Terms & conditions

These terms govern your use of this website and the cleaning services we provide. Please read them before requesting a quote or booking a clean. By using the site or booking with us, you accept these terms.

1. Who we are

This website is operated by MMT Sparkle Cleaners Ltd, trading as MMT Sparkle Cleaners, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 16378357), registered office 36 Coronation Avenue, Deeping St Nicholas, Spalding, PE11 3EPYou can reach us at mmtsparkle@gmail.com or 07397 830730.

2. Quotes are estimates, not binding offers

Any price shown by our online quote estimator is an indicative range based on the details you give us. It is not a contract or a fixed price. Cleaning prices depend on the size, condition and access of a property, which a form cannot fully capture. We confirm a firm price with you before any work is booked.

3. How booking works

A contract is formed only when we have agreed a price and date with you and confirmed the booking. In practice: you send an enquiry, we discuss your requirements and agree a price, and we then confirm the booking with a date and time. For recurring cleans, we agree a schedule (for example weekly or fortnightly) and each visit is a confirmed appointment you can reschedule individually.

4. Pricing and payment

The price we confirm is the price you pay for the agreed work. We accept payment by bank transfer or cash. Payment is due as agreed when we confirm the booking (typically on or after completion of the clean). We record every booking and payment accurately. Additional work outside the agreed scope is quoted and agreed separately before we carry it out.

5. Your right to cancel (cooling-off period)

Because you book with us at a distance (online, by phone or by email), you normally have the right to cancel within 14 days of us confirming your booking, without giving a reason. To cancel, just tell us by emailing mmtsparkle@gmail.com, before the 14 days end. If you cancel in time and no work has been done, we refund any payment in full.

If you ask us to start the work during the 14-day period and the work is then completed, you lose the right to cancel for work already done, and you must pay for that work. If you cancel after we have started but before completion, you pay for the work carried out up to that point.

6. Changing or cancelling a clean

Outside the cooling-off period, please give us at least 24 hours’notice to reschedule or cancel a booked clean so we can re-plan our team’s day. We may charge a reasonable fee for cancellations with less notice, or where our team arrives and cannot get access. We will always tell you about any such charge in advance.

7. Access, and your responsibilities

Please make sure we can safely access the property at the agreed time, and tell us about anything we need to know (alarms, pets, parking, fragile or high-value items). Please secure valuables and confidential items. If we cannot get access through no fault of ours, the visit may be treated as a late cancellation.

8. Our standards and re-clean promise

We aim to do a thorough job every time. If you are not happy with any part of a clean, tell us within 48 hours and we will return to put it right at no extra charge. This does not affect your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 to a service carried out with reasonable care and skill.

9. Photographs

With your consent we may take before/after photographs of work areas for quality control. We use them for marketing only with your separate explicit consent, and we delete them on request. See our Privacy policy for detail.

10. Insurance and liability

We take care in your home and carry appropriate insurance for our work. We are responsible for loss or damage we cause by failing to use reasonable care and skill. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, for items that were not reasonably secured, or for losses that were not foreseeable. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything that cannot be limited by law.

11. Using this website

12. Complaints and governing law
