MMT Sparkle Cleaners Ltd (“we”, “us”), trading as MMT Sparkle Cleaners, is the data controller for personal information collected through this website and in the course of providing cleaning services. We are a company registered in England and Wales (company number 16378357), with our registered office at 36 Coronation Avenue, Deeping St Nicholas, Spalding, PE11 3EP.

What we collect and why

Quote enquiries: name, contact details, property details and postcode, to provide an estimate and respond to you. Our lawful basis is taking steps prior to a contract.

Bookings: address, access notes, booking history and payment records, to deliver the service and keep accurate business records. Lawful bases: contract and legal obligation (accounting).

Job photographs: before/after photographs of work areas, taken only with your consent, used for quality control and (only with separate explicit consent) marketing.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become bookings are deleted after 12 months. Booking and payment records are kept for 6 years as required by UK tax law. Photographs are deleted on request at any time.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and object to or restrict processing. When you ask us to delete your data we remove it from our systems, including stored photographs, except records we must keep by law. Contact mmtsparkle@gmail.com and we respond within one month. You may also complain to the ICO (ico.org.uk).

Sharing

We never sell personal data. We share it only with processors that run our systems (hosting, email delivery) under data-processing agreements, and with authorities where the law requires.
