Ideally yes, clerks inspect empty properties, and furniture hides the areas they check. We can work around remaining items but the guarantee applies to accessible areas only.
Is carpet cleaning included?
Vacuuming is included; hot-water extraction (steam) cleaning is an optional extra many agents require, so check your tenancy agreement and we'll quote both ways.
